Refund Policy
At Kaithari Kart, customer satisfaction and product authenticity are at the heart of everything we do. While we ensure every item undergoes a rigorous quality check before dispatch, we understand that unforeseen issues may arise. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before initiating a request.
Returns Eligibility
We accept return requests only under the following conditions:
1. Manufacturing Defects
If you notice any manufacturing defect in the product, it must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the item (based on the courier tracking status marked as "Delivered").
2. Damaged or Soiled Products
If your order arrives damaged, stained, or in unacceptable condition, please inform us within 3 days of delivery.
3. Order Discrepancies
We request that customers provide a valid email ID during checkout. All order confirmations, including product and delivery details, are sent via email. If no email is provided and a dispute arises regarding the product received versus the product ordered, we cannot guarantee an exchange or refund. All orders are thoroughly checked and verified before shipping.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

Send clear photographs of:
The product showing the issue clearly
The outer courier packaging with your address visible
Also send these images to our Business WhatsApp number (+91 7780092004).
Once we review your request (within 2 business days), and if approved, we will provide the return shipping address of the original store the item was purchased from.
Important: Please do not return the product without our confirmation. Products sent without approval will not be accepted, and we are not responsible for such shipments.
Return Shipping Instructions
Returns must be shipped via India Post – Speed Post only, to the address we provide.
The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and printed purchase documents.
Items that are worn, tried on, wrinkled, soiled, or mishandled will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
This includes sarees and dhotis that have been unfolded, worn, or draped, even once.
Refund & Exchange Terms
If the exact same product is in stock, we will prioritize an exchange rather than issuing a refund.
Refunds are only processed if a suitable replacement is not available.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, and if it meets our return standards, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 8–15 working days.
